Labels & the Label Round — you sort, you label, you network

The party journey is three moves: 1️⃣ you sort, 2️⃣ you label, 3️⃣ you network. Sorting says who you know. Labels say what each relationship actually is — and that's what turns a contact list into a network you can run like a pro.

The labels

Pick as many as fit — most people are more than one thing:

• 🎯 Prospect — someone who could become a client.
• 💰 Client — they pay you (or have).
• 🧾 Vendor — you pay them.
• 👥 Colleague — you work (or worked) together.
• ⚔️ Competitor — worth keeping an eye on.
• 🤝 Relationship — a genuine relationship you value.
• 🥂 Networking — a networking friend: not a prospect or client, but someone worth knowing.
• 🧲 COI — a center of influence who sends you business.
• 📣 Influencer — a big audience in your world.
• 💬 Engaged — they engage with your content.

The action flags

Flags are your to-do layer — what you want to do about someone:

• 📌 Prioritize — top of your network; give them your attention first.
• 🌱 Nurture — keep warm over time, whether they're a client or a friend.
• 📅 Reconnect — it's been too long; reach back out.
• 🔍 Research — look them up before you decide.
• 🚩 Red flag — proceed with caution.
• 🚫 DNC — do not contact.
• 🗑 Remove — you'd disconnect if you got around to it.

And remember ⭐ — the star from The Sort — is your follow-up list. Star anyone, labeled or not.

The Label Round

Once you've sorted 50 people, the Label Round unlocks in The Sort — same fast card game, but now it deals you the people you know and haven't labeled yet. Keys 1–0 toggle labels, Enter saves, S skips, U undoes. You can also focus a round on one company and label your way through it.

What labels unlock

• Filter your list in one click — all your prospects, all your COIs, all your reconnects — from your connections table or straight from your Network Analytics.
• Labeling counts as activity — label sessions lift your Activity dial just like sorting does.
• Labels are yours alone — other members never see how you've labeled anyone.
