At least 1,000. The more the better — a bigger, well-sorted network opens more doors for everyone, including you.

We only use the connections you upload — nothing else from your LinkedIn. Other members never see the private details of your individual contacts. The Access Map shows companies and counts (who can open a door and how strong the path is), not other members' address books. You always see your own list in full.

No. Your connections are shared only inside the private, vetted network, and only as companies and counts — never posted publicly and never handed over as a list to other members.

They describe how intro-friendly a connection is. Open = they're happy to meet people, so you can introduce them freely. Ask first = they're likely open, but you'd check with them before connecting. Favor = they're very busy or private and don't network much, but they'd take a meeting as a personal favor if you vouch for it.

"Ask first" means they'd probably want the intro — you just need to check timing and fit. "Favor" is for people who generally don't take networking meetings (big, busy, or introverted), but who would meet someone as a personal favor to you if you promise it's worth their time.

No. Office hours are open to anyone — members and non-members alike. It's a great place to learn how everything works and to get set up with help.

You picked the small export instead of the full one. On LinkedIn, choose the larger 'entire archive' (Download larger data archive), which includes your connections — not the profile-only option, which just gives you your headline and about section.

Each round is about five minutes and covers up to 120 connections. If you have 1,000 connections, that's roughly ten rounds — under an hour total. Bigger networks take a little each week, but it adds up fast.

Yes. After a round you can review that session and change any tag, or open your connections list, filter it, and adjust by hand. Nothing is locked in — go with your gut while playing and fix anything later.

Shared Connections let you proactively gift a specific person from your rolodex to the whole party — with a note on why you're sharing them and what they're looking for. Share whatever info you choose (LinkedIn, email, phone, calendar link), and every member sees them on your Guest List card and in the party-wide feed. It's the give-first side of the party: you don't wait to be asked, you open the door.

Yes, any time. Open My Shared Connections on your member page and hit Retract — the share disappears everywhere immediately, quietly, with no notifications. You can re-share later if you change your mind. Shares are only ever visible inside your private, vetted party — never publicly.

When you're at a live party on Zoom, hit the 🪩 Party Check-In button on your member page. For the next hour the whole party sees you're in the room, and the host can pull everyone who's checked in straight into breakout pods. It also counts toward your Activity dial — showing up is part of the game.

Activity measures your party cadence over the last 30 days, automatically. Playing The Sort, checking in at a party, sharing a connection, requesting an intro, and rating a shared connection all nudge it up; going quiet lets it drift back down. Your member page shows exactly what moved it. Until your very first action, an untouched dial doesn't count against you.

Labels say what each relationship is: Prospect, Client, Vendor, Colleague, Competitor, Relationship, COI, Influencer, or Engaged — plus action flags like Reconnect, Research, Red flag, DNC, and Remove. A person can have several. Label from the Label Round in The Sort or by hand in your connections list, then filter your whole network by any label in one click. Your labels are private — other members never see them.

It's the second game in The Sort. Once you've sorted 50 people, the Label Round unlocks and deals you everyone you know but haven't labeled yet — tap the labels that fit (or press 1–9), Enter saves, S skips, U undoes. The journey is: you sort, you label, you network.

Everything you've sorted, labeled, and starred carries over automatically — a re-upload never loses your work. You also get a '🔔 Since your last upload' summary showing what changed: new connections, disconnections, reconnections, and anyone who changed company, title, or name. Uploading a fresh export monthly is the habit — your dashboard nudges you when your data is 30+ days old.

They were in an earlier export but missing from your latest one — usually meaning one of you disconnected on LinkedIn. Because you'd already sorted or labeled them, we keep the row and mark it 🔗 disconnected instead of deleting it, so your notes survive and you can decide what to do. If they show up again in a future export, the mark clears on its own.

Your network, as a picture: growth over time, top companies and titles (clickable — each bar opens your filtered list), decision-makers, fresh relationships, your intro power (companies you can reach and people open for intros), your label counts, upload health, and how your rolodex overlaps with other party members (counts only, never their lists).
