What we collect (only if you apply)
If you just visit the site, we collect nothing — no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no email capture. If you apply with an invite code, we collect:
- What you tell us: your name, email, company, role, and who you're looking to meet
- Your public LinkedIn profile (headline, photo, location, recent public posts)
- Your LinkedIn connections export: names, companies, positions, public LinkedIn URLs, and connection dates
How it's used
One purpose: running the Prospecting Party — reviewing applications, computing Trust Scores, and matching members for warm introductions inside a private, vetted network. Public LinkedIn URLs only; we never ask for or store private contact exports beyond what LinkedIn includes in your own connections file. We don't sell data. We don't run ads.
About people on your connections list
Connection lists contain public professional info about people who aren't members. That data is only visible inside the private network, only in aggregate or professional-directory form, and never published. If you're on someone's list and want out: email us at hello@evyai.com with your LinkedIn URL and we'll remove you from the network's data.
Deleting your data
Members and applicants can request full deletion anytime — email hello@evyai.com from the address you applied with. We delete your application, your uploads, and everything derived from them.
